• Warranty Repairs - All products sold by Zetes are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, with an average turnaround time of 15 working days

• Flat Rate Repairs - Designed to provide SLA (Service Level Agreement) turn-around times and guarantees at a flat rate per device
• Medallion Service Contracts - Reduce the total cost of ownership with committed turnaround times and ability to lock in repair budgets for the length of the agreement.
